Welcome to Valpré!

The Symposium will be held from Monday September 2^nd to Wednesday September 4^th, 2024, in the peaceful and beautiful setting of Valpré, a 3-star hotel located in Ecully, next to Lyon, France.

Accomodation will be included for regular attendees, it will be proposed on this website at the same time as conference registration. The bedrooms in Valpré will be attributed on a "first come, first served" basis, the date of the payment of the registration being taken into account. Additionnal bedrooms will be attributed in hotels nearby.

If you register as a regular attendee, please don't book a room by yourself on the hotels' websites!

Accommodations included for regular attendees will start on Sunday September 1^st, 2024 in the afternoon.

ACCESS (see map below)

- By car: Valpré is located at 3 minutes from the highway intersection Valvert (A6 to Paris/Marseille, Peripherique TEO to Geneva/Grenoble).

- By taxi from St Exupery Airport: This should take about 40 minutes and cost approximately 70 euros (95 euros after 19:00).

- By taxi from Part Dieu Train Station: This should take about 30 minutes and cost approximately 50 euros.

- By public transportation: Bus/Metro/Rhônexpress
> From the Part Dieu Train station (45 minutes):
   - Take Metro B - Direction Gare d'Oullins, stop at Saxe Gambetta
   - Take Metro D - Direction Gare de Vaise, stop at Gorge de Loup
   - Take the bus n°19 (see access map below) direction Ecully - Le Perollier, stop at Valpré

> To the St Exupery Airport:
    - Take the Rhonexpress to Part Dieu train station
    - Then is the ame instructions as from Part Dieu train station (1 hour and 15 minutes)
