Registration > Conference fees

The registration fees are as follow:

Lunch meals, coffee breaks and poster party meal are included in the conference fee, but not the banquet.

The bed & breakfast option consists in a single room on-site at Valpré or at nearby B&B Hotel Lyon Tassin (due to unexpectedly high number of participants).

As the number of rooms is limited, this option will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The reservation is only effective if payment is made (online registration is not enough).

Rooms will be booked from Sunday, September 1^st to Wednesday, September 4^th, 2024.

If you wish to book a room in Valpré outside the given dates (September 1-4), you must contact the hotel and use the promo code "LEEDS2024". The costs of additional nights will be your responsibility.

We reserved all the rooms in Valpré from September 1^st to 4^th. The only way to book a room at Valpré for these dates is thus by paying for the bed & breakfast option.

The accompanying person option is available for on-site participants, with the bed & breakfast option. It is limited to one additional person per registered participant.
The room and bed will be shared with the registered participant. The accompanying person won't be attending the scientific presentations.

Banquet tickets must be booked for any person wishing to attend the banquet, participants or accompanying persons.

Pre-registration does not in any way constitute a reservation to obtain an "early bird" rate if payment is made after June 15.

Cancellation terms:

• 75% refund if the request is made before July 15^th, 2024
• 50% refund if the request is made before July 31^st, 2024
• No refund after July 31^st, 2024
